The company offers a wide range of reliable and energy-efficient solutions for network and data center infrastructure. Tescom Hellas is the exclusive distributor of Lande A.S. in Greece.

The company's strategic choice is to provide reliable uninterrupted power solutions (UPS), voltage stabilizers (AVR), rack enclosures (Racks, Cabinets), batteries and related products, providing integrated solutions to the most demanding market needs and technical support in the Greek territory and in most of Europe.

Human Resources

All of the above and what we are committed to doing in the future should not be divorced from the symbol of our identity. The company, from the outset, invests and will continue to invest in people with knowledge and ethos, whose knowledge and expertise will contribute decisively to the smooth operation of those who trust us. All of the above, from the outset of operation, with a staff of 3 people, today that staff has exceeded 30 employees, all with the aim of supporting the needs of our partners.

A key criterion in the selection of a partner is knowledge and expertise, and this should reflect up to 80% of the partner to be technicians or electrical and electronic engineers who can cover both maintenance and corrective titles with technical expertise.

Pre-sales & Support

A key component of the company's operation from the 1st stage of its life is the continuous technical support of the products offered (installation & configuration), as well as the immediate response to all our fully trained technical support partners (repairs & installation), as well as the support of our customers for fully solved issues, with greater experience of over 20 years as well as complete technical support (repairs and replacements), guiding with this the right solution or repair of our partners' problems covering the highest level of support and reliability of the solutions offered.

The services include both the configuration of their equipment and the complete support and support after the installation, covering all aspects of electrical installation.

Based on this philosophy, our company has Pre-Sales and Technical Support teams that are able to meet all requirements. These teams consist of experienced mechanical engineers, experienced electrical & electronic engineers, with maintenance and corrective diplomas in corresponding specialties, with greater experience of over 20 years and complete technical support (repairs and replacements), guiding in this way the right solution or repair of our partners' problems covering the highest level of support and reliability of the solutions offered.
