Terms of Good Function Guarantee
- The products and all their mechanical parts are covered by a 24-month warranty, while the batteries are covered by a 12-month warranty.
- The warranty start date is defined on the basis of the end customer's receipt/invoice of purchase, provided that the customer has sent a properly completed warranty form found inside the product packaging and a copy of the receipt/invoice of purchase with full reference to the model within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- In any other case, the beginning of the warranty of the products is calculated from the date of sale from our company to the resellers.
- In case of failure the customer should fill out the RMA form and accept the warranty terms and conditions and service coverage and service, at the following link https://tescom-ups.gr/support/rma
- In case of failure to repair, the product will be replaced with another of the same type or similar.
- If the device is replaced with a new one, the warranty is not extended.
- In case of replacement, the warranty is not extended.
- For devices under warranty, the shipping costs are borne by the customer, the return costs are borne by our company.
- In the unusual case of damage within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase and if the warranty form inside the packaging of the device has been sent to our company in time and properly completed, our company will replace the defective product with a new one of the same type. The customer is obliged to send the defective product in its original packaging. In any other case, the new replacement product will be sent in the packaging of the defective one. In this case, the shipping and return costs will be borne by our company.
- This guarantee is not valid if:

- the damage was caused by the fact that the product was subjected to use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, exposure to moisture, dust, low or high temperature, unauthorized opening or installation or repair or repair using unauthorized spare parts.
- the damage was caused by an accident
- the damage was caused by natural wear and tear
- the serial number of the product has been withdrawn, erased, tampered with, altered or is illegible,
- the damage was caused by the fact that the product was used or connected to an accessory that does not correspond to the technical characteristics of the device,
- the damage was caused by changes to the product software by an unauthorised person,
- It is understood that the above reasons are indicative and not restrictive. Our company may exclude other circumstances under which the guarantee will not apply.
